KUKLA, FRAN, OLLIE, and ME - What Burr Tillstrom created became part of my molecules. In fact, it wasn't until I watched the new digitized versions that I realized just how well I remembered them. My favorite character of all was Buelah Witch, a broom-riding sorceress and a genuine nut, whose cackle my grandmother and I would practice imitating for hours over the phone.
